30-Day Return Request Period

A customer may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Approval depends on the product’s condition, the reason for return, and the applicable supplier requirements.

Contact Us Before Returning Anything

Do not send an item back without written return instructions. The correct return destination may differ from the shipping label, and an unauthorized return may not be recoverable.

Return Condition

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, it should be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging when applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact Karun Store promptly and retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and clear photographs. This evidence may be needed to resolve the claim with the supplier.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use, intimate, customized, final-sale, perishable, or opened items may not be returnable. Any restriction will be identified on the product page before purchase.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or other required evidence is verified. Financial institutions may need additional time to post the credit.

Return Shipping

Responsibility for return-shipping costs depends on the reason for return and the product’s disclosed policy. Karun Store will provide the applicable instructions before the customer ships anything.
