Shipping & delivery

Our products ship directly from fulfillment partners. Shipping availability, cost, and timing depend on your items and delivery address.

Delivery estimates

Check the product information and shipping options before ordering. Processing time and transit time are separate; a shipping label does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. Any estimated arrival window is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Shipping charges

Review the shipping charge and full order total at checkout before paying. If no shipping option is available for your address, contact us before placing an order.

Tracking & separate packages

Items may ship separately. Use Track Order to check your order status. Tracking becomes useful once the carrier scans the parcel and may not update immediately.

Check your address

Enter the complete delivery address, including any apartment or unit number. Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake; we may be unable to change the address after fulfillment starts.

Delayed or missing delivery?

Email support@karunstore.com with your order number and tracking details. We will review the shipment with the fulfillment partner. Weather, customs, and carrier disruptions can affect delivery.
